   Where are we? Right now we are doing various events and do not have a location yet. Our tasty and fascinating treat will be served at the games of the San Antonio Scorpions. Also we will be right next to it at Morgan's wonderland. On some weekends we will be at the star soccer complex. So come on down to try us out! When we get our location up and running we will inform you all!
| About us Our main mission is to produce a great product, provide good customer service and give to someone in need. We believe that it is possible to make a profit and give to
various foundations that help around the world. We have decided for
every ice cream that is sold from our company we donate a proceeding to a
foundation. The current foundations we give to are "Living Water" and
"Morgan's Wonderland". Another foundation we plan to give to is "Pencil
of Promise". Proverbs 27:19 Our Product LN2 is a new way of making Ice Cream in San Antonio Texas. What makes us
unique is that we flash freeze our liquid base to make a delicious and
creamy ice cream using liquid nitrogen. The liquid base which is the ice
cream, is specially made by our student Chef Markus Lopez who creates it from
scratch. Adding condiments and toppings into your personal bowl of ice
cream the base is then flash frozen and quickly turned into a frozen
treat. The way it's flash frozen makes it almost melt in your mouth when you take a bite. One bite and your hooked!Want us? We also are planning to expand our inventory to do other events such as fiesta's, company parties, Sports events, anything that has people we will try to attend if you would like us there.
